New Leaf health walk
Get into nature and live a healthier life!
New Leaf Health Walk is a weekly guided stroll, led by one of the rangers, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the Stour Valley, it's wildlife and plants.
Suitable for people of all abilities, with places to stop and sit if you need a breather along the way. The walk is mostly level and flat, though it can be muddy after heavy rain. Please make sure you have sturdy footwear or boots.
Where and When
Meet at Kingfisher Barn at 10am and return at 11.30 for a cup of coffee and a chat.
